T–Bone steak is cut from the loin, and is generally the thickest-cut steak on the market. In it's boneless form, it's called a 'Porterhouse'. This meaty and long-standing favorite stands up well to high-heat and fast grilling. Traditional dishes are served rare with a nice char on the outside.
