Why eat grass fed beef?

Why not eat grass fed beef?! Doctors, public agencies, and other reputable sources continue to conduct research and report the benefits of eating a more natural, free-range diet. Since our cattle forage on various grasses for a natural diet, we're believers. More importantly, whatever your reason for eating naturally and ethically raised food is –we also believe you are right!

Our cattle forage on a varied, natural diet.  This provides a wider array of natural vitamins, minerals, and nutrients than commercially raised cattle.   The benefits of a healthier animal are passed on to us in many ways:
Conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) – a type of fat that's thought to reduce heart disease and cancer risks
Our beef is dry–aged 12–20 days, and then processed and packaged in Van Buren, AR.
Our beef is USDA inspected.
